该线路为电信CN2回程，其他直连优化，他们自己说已经是优化完成了，不知道后续会不会炸
轻量都是峰值宽带据说没保障，只有快捷和通用型有保障
以及以前出现过经常会拔线事件，不过可以随时退款

1， 退还金额 = 支付金额 - 【已使用时长 ×（支付金额/购买周期）× 1.5】；

非快杰30m限速到1m人之常情，毕竟ctg真就那么贵。已退款，不满一天还算一天。50.4买的退了47.96

建议只买快杰，有官方承诺。轻量虚标30mbps

正价都0.5Mbps别说特惠了。国内我觉得uc玩不起的，也会Q。温馨提示，uc退款是需要＊1.5倍使用时长（就是使用10天按照你使用15天算，退回15天剩余，向上取整）
他们也是说只有快杰型才有保障，以及那些1/3/5/10m这种写了固定宽带有保障的，这种在q的话可以找客户经理投诉了

Ucloud就是垃圾中的战斗机，不要出来坑人了。群众的眼睛不瞎，再不脚踏实地，倒闭不远了
